We believe a jar of turmeric should tell you where it was grown, who farmed it, and how it got to you. So we don't buy on spot markets and we don't blend anonymous bulk lots. Every shipment from ZaaZFoods is single-origin, lab-tested, and traceable to a co-operative — usually one we've worked with for years.
Our buyers visit origin every harvest. Our QC team in Melbourne batch-tests for moisture, colour, oil content and contaminants. And our paperwork — AQIS, HACCP, FSSAI, organic where applicable — is ready before the container leaves the port.
The result is spice that smells like spice should. And a supply chain you can stake your menu, your label, or your retail shelf on.
